By checking this box, I agree to the following terms:

  1. Scope of Services – Services will be provided as described in the booking confirmation. Any additional services requested may incur extra charges.

  2. Access to Property – The client must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. Failure to provide access may result in cancellation fees.

  3. Safety & Liability – The company is not responsible for pre-existing damages, unsecured valuables, hazardous conditions, or items that cannot be cleaned safely.

  4. Cancellations & Rescheduling – Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least [24/48] hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to fees.

  5. Payment Terms – Full payment is due [at the time of booking/upon completion of service], unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  6. Satisfaction Guarantee – If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns. 

 Refund Policy

By checking this box, I acknowledge the following refund terms:

  1. Non-Refundable Deposits – Deposits are non-refundable but may be credited toward future services if proper cancellation notice is given.

  2. Service Refunds – Refunds are not provided once services have been rendered. In the event of dissatisfaction, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue (such as re-cleaning affected areas).

  3. Late Cancellations/No-Shows – Cancellations made less than [24/48] hours before the scheduled service, or failure to provide access to the property, will result in forfeiture of deposit or a charge of up to [50-100]% of the scheduled service fee.

  4. Exceptional Circumstances – Refunds may be issued at the company’s discretion in cases of proven service failure or emergency situations.
